Proprietary Blend inside our VOC Multi-Use Canisters

Our VOC Multi-Use Canisters are designed to combat the VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) which are gases and chemicals that are emitted in homes and business from objects and products. In addition, the proprietary blend in our Multi-Use Canisters also combat the problems we have in Hawaii associated with VOG.

According to the EPA, VOC’s can include a variety of chemicals, some of which may have short-term and long-term health effects. Levels can be two to ten times worse inside a home or business than outside.

Unfortunately, people using products containing organic chemicals can be exposing themselves to high pollutant levels, and elevated concentrations can persist in the air long after the activity is completed.

Examples are: cleaning & disinfecting products, aerosol sprays, paints and degreasing products, building materials and furniture, office equipment and many other items. Some of the VOC’s can be released while in use and, to some degree, even while being stored. In addition, the Hawaiian Islands have increased issues with VOC’s such as: acidic gases (found in Vog).
